Saturn's Daughter is one of the few practices that integrates clinical herbalism, regenerative skincare, and whole-body wellness coaching under one roof. Hosted by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, Embody is an earthy, educational, and inclusive space designed to connect the Longmont community with trusted practitioners, makers, and educators across the wellness spectrum. From herbalism and nutrition to movement, energy work, and creative expression, this event invites you to explore what it truly means to tend to your health from the inside out.
Throughout the day, guests can wander a curated vendor market, attend lectures and workshops, participate in embodied movement experiences, and gather for a wellness panel — all rooted in sustainability, accessibility, and evidence-informed holistic care.
