Embody Wellness Expo is a free-admission, full-day community wellness gathering held in the heart of downtown Longmont, Colorado. Now in its second year, the event brings together curated retail vendors, holistic health educators, movement teachers, and wellness practitioners for a day of shared learning, healing, and genuine community connection.
Everything from the vendor market to the free community market is open to all — no ticket required to attend, shop, or participate. If you'd like to attend workshops, lectures, or movement sessions, a punchcard gets you into five sessions of your choosing throughout the day.
Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or are a long-time practitioner, Embody offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and feel supported.

How it works: Present your purchase confirmation at the event check-in table to collect your punchcard and schedule. Present it at the entrance to each session to receive a stamp. Collect two or more stamps and you're automatically entered into our end-of-day raffle for a chance to win one of our curated prize bundles!

Embody Wellness Expo is produced by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, a Longmont-based holistic wellness and herbalism practice founded by Bailey, a Clinical Herbalist and holistic skincare expert.
We are devoted to intuitive, educated decision-making around health while honoring both traditional plant medicine and modern science.
You’ll find Saturn’s Daughter vending at the market while Bailey hosts some key experiences during the expo!

Yes! Entry is completely free. The vendor market, free community market, and pop-up wellness clinic are all free to browse with no ticket required. If you'd like to attend workshops, movement classes, or lectures, those are ticketed via a 5-class punchcard ($30 early bird before the event, $45 general admission, or $15 single drop-in day-of).

Free street parking is available throughout downtown Longmont, and several free public parking lots are within easy walking distance of the venue.

The free community market is a donation-funded activation running all day alongside the expo, open to everyone with no ticket required. It includes a plant propagation stand, a community closet with gently used clothing, a food pantry, an art supply distribution, a free book exchange, and a care kit station where attendees can assemble bags of essentials for neighbors in need.

We are accepting donations of gently used clothing, books in good condition, new or unused art supplies, and non-perishable food items through October 10th at drop-off locations across Longmont.

The pop-up wellness clinic runs from 9am to 12pm and features five holistic health practitioners offering a taste of the services their offer in their practices. This year's clinic includes acupuncture, lymphatic massage, tarot readings, dry needling, and wellness injections.

Yes. Embody Wellness Expo welcomes attendees of all ages. Individual workshop and class content may vary — check the schedule descriptions to determine what's right for younger attendees. Certain activations are only available with parent or guardian supervision.
