Embody Wellness Expo returns to Longmont for its second year! A full-day, community-centered gathering devoted to holistic health, embodied education, and accessible wellness.
Hosted by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, Embody Wellness Expo is an earth-centered, educational, and inclusive space designed to connect the Longmont community with trusted practitioners, makers, and educators across the wellness spectrum. From herbalism and nutrition to movement and creative expression, this event invites you to explore what it truly means to tend to your health from the inside out.
Throughout the day, guests can wander a curated vendor market, attend lectures and workshops, enjoy a taste of wellness services, and participate in embodied movement experiences. Join us to be rooted in sustainability, accessibility, and holistic health.

We are seeking heart-led practitioners, educators, and makers who value accessibility, sustainability, and community care.

We’re seeking herbalists, makers, artists, and small wellness brands offering thoughtfully crafted, sustainable goods rooted in holistic living and community care.

We’re inviting holistic practitioners offering miniature versions of their services during our morning wellness clinic. Practitioners may include bodywork, acupuncture, herbal consults, energy work, and more.

We’re inviting educators and facilitators to lead lectures, workshops, and movement sessions for the community. Topics may include herbalism, nutrition, embodiment, nervous system support, movement, holistic wellness, & more.
About the Host
Embody Wellness Expo is hosted by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, a Longmont-based holistic wellness and herbalism practice founded by Bailey, a Clinical Herbalist and holistic skincare expert.
We are devoted to intuitive, educated decision-making around health while honoring both traditional plant medicine and modern science.
You’ll find Saturn’s Daughter vending at the market while Bailey hosts some key experiences during the expo!
