Embody Wellness Expo returns for its second year — a full-day, community-centered gathering devoted to holistic health, embodied education, and accessible wellness.
Hosted by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, Embody is an earthy, educational, and inclusive space designed to connect the Longmont community with trusted practitioners, makers, and educators across the wellness spectrum. From herbalism and nutrition to movement, energy work, and creative expression, this event invites you to explore what it truly means to tend to your health from the inside out.
Throughout the day, guests can wander a curated vendor market, attend lectures and workshops, participate in embodied movement experiences, and gather for a wellness panel — all rooted in sustainability, accessibility, and evidence-informed holistic care.
Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or are a long-time practitioner, Embody offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and feel supported.
