Embody Wellness Expo is seeking presenters to lead lectures, workshops, and movement-based sessions throughout the day.

We are looking for educators and facilitators who offer grounded, accessible, and evidence-informed approaches to holistic health, embodiment, and community care. If you want to share your expertise with the community, this opportunity is for you!

Presentation Formats

Applicants may propose:

• Lecture

• Hands-on Workshop

• Movement session (yoga, pilates, somatic movement, breathwork, etc.)

Session lengths may be either:

• 25 minutes

• 55 minutes

Topics of presentation May Include

• Herbalism & plant medicine

• Nutrition & holistic nourishment

• Acupuncture & East Asian medicine

• Women’s health & reproductive wellness

• Nervous system regulation

• Energy work & embodiment

• Sustainable living & community care

Presenter details

• Presenters receive a $50 stipend

• Approved presenters will be asked to provide a bio and headshot

• AV needs may be requested within the application

Application Timeline

• Applications open now

• Vendors will be contacted within four weeks of applying

• If spots are full, applications will be kept on file and prospective educators will be contacted in the event of cancellation
