Embody Wellness Expo will host a morning pop-up wellness clinic featuring a variety of one-on-one holistic services!
We are inviting practitioners who offer grounded, accessible, and ethical care to provide miniature versions of their services during the clinic window. This space is intended to give attendees a meaningful introduction to your work while maintaining a smooth, supportive flow throughout the morning.
Who We’re Looking For
Examples of offerings may include:
Acupuncture
Massage or bodywork
Therapy or counseling
Tarot or intuitive readings
Energy work and somatic practices
This list is not exhaustive — we welcome diverse holistic modalities.
Please note: our pop-up clinic is reserved for hands-on practitioners interested in offering services. “Tabling” opportunities are reserved for event sponsors, to express interest in sponsorship, email info@saturnsdaughter.com
Clinic Structure
Clinic hours: 9:00am–12:00pm
Practitioners manage their own scheduling, session length, and pricing
Mini or abbreviated sessions are encouraged to serve more attendees
Practitioners must provide their own equipment and tools and hold relevant certifications & insurance
Basic seating will be provided
Participation fee: $50

About the Host
Embody Wellness Expo is hosted by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, a Longmont-based holistic wellness and herbalism practice founded by Bailey, a Clinical Herbalist and holistic skincare expert.
We are devoted to intuitive, educated decision-making around health while honoring both traditional plant medicine and modern science.
You’ll find Saturn’s Daughter vending at the market while Bailey hosts some key experiences during the expo!
