Community Healing Workshop at Embody Wellness Expo
This community circle is designed to foster connection and resilience, and pave the way for stronger community relationships. Participants will engage in a short guided meditation, explore what herbal medicine teaches us about community, be prompted to dream of the world they can build, and receive practical support on how to access hope & connection in our modern world.
Bailey will also be hosting a closing cacao ceremony to end the expo, featuring a 30 minute guided meditation.

I’m a Naturopathic Doctor. My focus is working with women in all stages of their life. I use modern and functional medicine to understand your health. And I use the tools of nature - food, herbs, behaviors - to support your healing. I’m a science nerd with undergraduate training in biochemistry and physics from University of CO in Boulder. I became interested in applying these basic sciences to help people, and received my Naturopathic Doctorate in 2012 from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. I practiced in San Francisco for 7 years with focus in complex chronic disease, inflammation and autoimmunity.

Embody Wellness Expo is a full-day event being hosted at the beautiful St. Vrain event & wedding venue in Longmont, Colorado. It’s an opportunity for community to gather and share resources, support, and knowledge on all things health & wellness.
From 9am-12pm, the event is FREE to enter and open to the public! Come shop our local vendor market, book a mini service with our wonderful wellness clinicians, or enjoy incredible farm-to-table food and non alcoholic mocktails from Sugar Pine Catering!
From 1pm-6pm, we will be transforming The St Vrain into a community conference space. Attendees will have the opportunity to reserve their spot in lectures, guided workshops, movement classes, and more! We have something for everyone:
